pici is a tiny 3HP utility controller built for hands-on control where space really matters. At its core is a small fader that lets you offset an incoming voltage in a very direct, playable way. A jumper on the back allows the fader to be set to unipolar or bipolar operation, depending on how you want to work with it.

The signal then runs through a classic attenuverter: turn the knob clockwise for positive scaling, or go counter-clockwise past center to invert. From there it goes straight to the output. Simple, predictable, and useful in a lot more situations than you might expect — CV shaping, modulation depth control, performance tweaks, or just taming signals.

pici is designed to be as compact and practical as possible. It’s only 3HP wide, fully skiff-friendly, and uses a single PCB with no sandwich construction. The fader itself is a very common part that’s easy to source, keeping things accessible and affordable.

Use one as a small helper, or stack several next to each other to create a little fader bank for controlling your Eurorack system. pici isn’t flashy — it’s just a solid, flexible tool that quickly earns its place in the rack.
